Terms, Contract, and Conditions

CommunicationAll forms of communication and direct messaging can be done through either my E-MAIL or any one of my SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.Updates between the artist and client on a current commission are at a MINIMUM of every 3-days and a MAXIMUM of every 5-days starting from the day the artwork is started.


Payment50% DOWNPAYMENT must be given BEFORE the drafts have been shown and approved.The other 50% of the payment is to be given AFTER final revisions and BEFORE the final images are sent to you, the client.I use and accept any of the four: Paypal, GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer


UsageAll artworks made for any client can be used in MY PORTFOLIO for as long as the client allows.The signature of the artist will ALWAYS be present within the painting and the artist must not be asked to remove the signature to protect the artist under copyright and intellectual property laws, unless agreed upon by both parties being client and artist.The client will be asked and must answer if the artwork is to be used for NFTs for there will be adjustments to the price and treated as though it is to be used commercially.


RevisionsMaximum of 3 revision requests per phase of artwork so as to not overwork the illustrations. (i.e. 3 DRAFT revisions & 3 FINAL revisions)This is a means to respect both the artist's and client's time so as to not spend too much time working on any requested artwork.


TurnaroundMAXIMUM turnaround time for any of the requested artworks is 1-month ;MINIMUM turnaround time for any of the requested artworks is 2-weeks ;This also includes revisions and communication time between the artist and the client.


RefundsAfter each phase has been paid for, these are automatically considered NON-REFUNDABLE as soon as ANY images have been shown for review and revision to avoid copyright and swindling issues.


Other FeesPRIVATE COMMISSION FEE: +5% Base Price if you don't want your commission to be published by me for portfolio, social media post, or other publication mediaREVISION FEE: Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per minor revision (i.e. small edits without changing the overall look), and +$20 per major revision (i.e. erasing a big part and replacing it completely).RUSH FEE: If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1 week). We will discuss the fees.


Commercial Use AgreementsIf a commissioned artwork is to be used commercially, there is to be an agreement of price and usage rights between the client and artist. Some of which are:SIGNATURE INCLUSION: Clients may choose to retain my signature on the artwork. However, it is encouraged that they do so.SOCIAL MEDIA MENTION: When posting the artwork on social media, clients may be obligated to mention or tag the artist in their posts to help advertise my services.


Intellectual Property and Additional PaymentFor the commercial use of my artwork, an additional fee will be added to the base commission price. The exact amount will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project, especially since it will be inclusive of the transfer of intellectual property.The transfer of intellectual property rights for the commissioned artwork is subject to said additional fee. This fee will be determined based on the scope of the rights being transferred and will be clearly outlined in the final agreement. Full payment of this fee is required before the transfer of any intellectual property rights.Additional fees and samples may be seen in this table here:
